摘要 确定评价指标的权重是进行工业园区企业污水治理绩效评价的重要前提。以太湖流域工业园区企业为对象,从环境保护效益、资源利用效益和循环利用效益等3个方面构建了12个指标的园区企业污水治理绩效评估指标体系,进而采用层次分析法确定了该评价体系各指标权重值。计算结果表明,建立的4个判断矩阵一致性比例(CR)均小于0.1,具有较好的一致性,层次单排序结果均满足一致性检验的要求;各指标的层次总排序顺序与工业园区企业污水的实际情况较为相符。因此,用层次分析法计算出的污水治理绩效评价指标的权重值比较准确、可信,可为下一步进行企业污水治理绩效评价提供技术支持。 Determining weights of the evaluation indexes is an important prerequisite for wastewater treatment performance evaluation of enterprises in the industrial park. This paper aimed at an industrial park enterprises in Taihu basin, establishing wastewater treatment performance evaluation index system, which including 12 indicators from 3 fields of environmental protection benefits, resource utilization benefits and recycling utilization benefits, after- wards using analytic hierarchy process to determine the weighted value of evaluation system. The results show that CR values of 4 established judgement matrixes were less than 0.1 with good consistency, hierarchical single-sort re- sults meet the requirements of consistency test. The orders of total sorted importance were coincident with the real- ities of industrial park wastewater.
