浙江省实施绿色发展的基础与战略分析

Foundation and strategy of green development in Zhejiang Province

绿色发展是当今世界经济发展的主流趋势。浙江省作为中国经济先行地区之一,资源、环境与经济发展之间的矛盾日益突出,走绿色发展之路已经成为该省经济社会发展的内在要求,也是有效化解经济发展与环境资源矛盾的必然选择。叙述了各国的绿色发展现状,分析了浙江省绿色发展面临的问题和机遇,并对浙江绿色发展的模式及路径选择进行了初步探索,提出了相关建议。

Green development is the main trend of world economic development in now days. Zhejiang as one of the developed area of China, its contradiction between resources, environment and economic development is getting increasingly conspicuous, consequently, the green development has become the internal requirement of the economic and social development of Zhejiang, and also the inevitable choice to resolve the contradiction between economic devel- opment and environmental resources. This paper describes the current status of green development in China and for- eign countries, analysis the problems and opportunities to realize green development of Zhejiang, grope for the mode and path to achieve green development of Zhejiang, and finally put forward relevant proposals.
