摘要
在高压设备状态评估中,采用状态量固定的权重进行评判并不能很好地实时反映设备的状态,需要一种既能反映专家意见又能反映设备状态量实时数据的权重的赋值方法。笔者在阐述电网现行GIS设备状态评价导则的原理基础上,分析现行评估方法中存在的不足,提出了基于熵权理论的对固定的主观权重进行修正的方法,得到用于GIS设备状态实时评估的状态量综合权重。通过选择经验因子得到的综合权重既能反映专家经验,又能实时反应设备状态量的实时监测值的变化,用于状态评估时能够更准确地反映高压设备的实时状态。通过算例进一步说明了所提的综合权重的计算和运用。
In the condition assessment of high voltage equipment, uses the evaluation with the status constant weight cannot present the exact status of the equipment, we need a weighting assignment which combines the expert experience and real-time data of status. First, based on the analysis of the current GIS status assessment method, this paper finds the possible problems; Then proposes the entropyweight theory is used to correct the fixed subjective weight and obtains the integrated weight of status variables. By selecting the experience factor to get the integrated weight can not only reflect the expert experience, and can reaction the change of the real-time monitoring variables in equipment, when used for condition assessment can more accurately reflect the high voltage equipment real-time state. Through examples further illustrate the proposed integrated weight calculation and application.
