摘要
利用近红外光谱技术建立了一种快速测定老翘中醇浸出物含量的方法。运用近红外光谱技术结合偏最小二乘法(PLS),建立了药材中醇浸出物含量的定量分析模型。其内部交叉验证决定系数(R2)为0.995 9,校正均方根偏差(RMSEC)为0.590,预测均方根偏差(RMSEP)为0.592,交互验证均方根偏差(RMSECV)为1.029,主因子数为10。该模型可快速测定老翘醇浸出物的含量。
A near-infrared spectroscopy method was established for the fast determination of ethanol-extract in grown Fructus Forsythiae. The near-iniYared spectroscopy was combined with partial least squares (PLS) to establish the quantitative model. The correlation coefficients (R2), root mean square error of calibration (RMSEC) and root mean square error of predication (RMSEP) was 0.995 9, 0.590 and 0.592, respectively. The root mean square error of cross validation (RMSECV) was 1.029, and the factor was 10. It could determine the content of ethanol-extract in grown Fructus Forsythiae rapidly.
