摘要
近年来,干粉吸入剂在肺部给药中的地位日趋重要。在干粉吸入剂的开发过程中,人们逐渐意识到静电的重要意义,并希望在了解掌握粉末电学行为的基础上,通过控制静电,以改善药物在肺深部的沉积,达到加强治疗效果的目的。本文综述了处方设计、制备工艺、使用和贮存对静电的影响,以及研究中常用的测定设备,如法拉第杯、静电低压撞击器和静电新一代撞击器。
Drug delivery to the lungs via dry powder inhalers (DPIs) has been increasingly important in the last decades. During the development of a DPI formulation, the great influence of electrostatics on its performance has been gradually recognized. On the basis of understanding the electrical behavior of powder, it is anticipated to improve the deposition of the drug in the deep pulmonary and the therapeutic effect by controlling the electrical behavior of powders. This paper reviews the influences of the formulation, preparation process, use and storage of the DPIs on electrostatic charge. The common measurement equipments in electrostatic research, such as Faraday cup, electrical low pressure impactor, electrical next generation impactor are also introduced.
