摘要 作为现代数控刀具设计的一个关键技术,刀具刃切削学的重要性得到越来越广泛的认同。文章简要介绍和回顾了该项技术领域的研究开发成果和现状,并通过刃切削技术对切削加工的影响进行分析比较,提出了现代复杂数控刀具刃切削学的刃口强化带变尺度设计理论和设计流程。 As a key technology of the NC cutting tools designing, the importance of Edge-cutting mechanism has been received more and more recognization. Some progress and development on this technical field are reminded briefly. By ana- lyzing and comparing the impacts of the edge-cutting technology on the machining, it put forward new theory and flows of the variable size cutting edge designing for complex NC cutting tools.
