摘要
研究了大型复杂航空器结构的有限元建模方法,因为其结构分支多且具有一定的非对称性。首先分析了结构的受力和传力特点,对系统的四个舱段进行了必要的简化,然后选用合适的单元体分别建立了四个舱段的有限元模型,并选择节点合并的方法将其连接组成了全结构的有限元模型,最后计算了弹载结构在自由状态下的固有特性。通过计算结果与实验结果的相关性分析,证明了有限元模型的有效性。在建模过程中的结构简化、整体连接以及单元选取等方法为其他大型复杂结构体的建模提供依据。
The large and complex aircraft structure was always asymmetrical and had a lot of branches,so the finite element modeling method was researched on.Firstly according to the force receiving and passing for the structure,the four sections of the system were simplified.Then the finite element models were built by suitable units for the four sections and the four models were connected to a whole by the method of nodes merging.Finally the natural characteristics were calculated for the whole structure under free.It was proved that the finite element model was valid because the correlation analysis between calculations and experimental results.It could provide some help for the other large and complex structures by the connection method,simplification,element selection and so on.
