摘要
针对某型汽车减振器的异响问题,经过主观判断和滤波处理,明确为一种类似于鸽鸣的低频"咕咕"声异响。通过对激扰因素和传递路径的分析,明确减振器内部气、液、固特性的急剧变化是产生异响的最根本动因。而传递路径实际构造指向"活塞+活塞杆+外连接套"组件,进而以该组件的动态特性与行为为出发点,分别从"内因"和"外因"两方面更加细化地对异响产生的机理进行了分析和研究,最终面向"内因"和"外因"的激扰因素提出了相应的控制对策。
Aiming at the abnormal sound of an automobile shock absorber,it is cleared as a ‘cuckoo’ sound similar to the low-frequency pigeon sounding after the judgment and the filtering process.With the analysis of forced factors and transmission path,the most fundamental motivation of abnormal sound is the dramatic changes of gas,liquid and solid characteristics in shock absorber.The actual construction of the transmission path points to the ‘piston + piston rod + outer join sets ’.Then focusing on the dynamic characteristics and behavior of the component,generation mechanism is discussed from the ‘internal’ and ‘external foctors ’ more thoroughly.Eventually the corresponding control strategy for ‘internal’ and ‘external factors’ is proposed.
