摘要 针对目前传统的超声波探头检测系统中存在的设备多、操作复杂、数字化程度低等问题,该项目应用计算机技术、自动化控制技术和现代信号处理技术,建立了一套适应于实际需求的数字化超声波探头性能测试系统。介绍了系统的检测原理及系统组成,阐述了系统的关键技术,并进行了实验与数据分析。目前该系统已成功应用于工程实践中,具有功能实用、操作方便、自动化程度高的特点,可准确完成对探头性能的评估分析,并可以出具准确、可靠的检测报告。 In view of the problems such as enormous equipment and complicated operation,low degree of digital exists in the present traditional ultrasonic probe testing system,and establishes a set of digital ultrasonic probe detecting system that can meets the practical requirements.Computer technology,automatic control technology and nodern signal processing technology are applied in this system.It introduces the theory of test,components and the key technologies of the system,experimental analysis are also given.Atpresent the system has been used in engineering,and it has these features that practical function,convenient operation,high degree of automation and so on.It can provide an accurate analysis report of ultrasonic probe's characteristics,and it can also supply accurate and reliable test report.
