摘要
采用Pro/Engineer软件进行铝合金轮毂建模,以16x7J汽车铝合金轮毂为研究对象,根据弯曲疲劳试验,运用有限元分析软件ANSYS Workbench建立了考虑螺栓及法兰作用效果的车轮整体模型。以轮辋厚度为变化量,建立了不同尺寸的车轮模型。通过对有限元计算结果的分析,得到应力和应变分布情况。用改进后的史密斯公式法对车轮的寿命进行预测,通过寿命预测,轮辋厚度减少1mm其寿命仍可达到国家标准要求。研究表明:该方法可降低成本,减轻车轮重量,节省油耗,节能减排。
Aluminum alloy wheel is modeled using Pro/Engineer,taking 16x7J automotive aluminum alloy wheel for research,according to fatigue bending test,by considering the effect of bolts and flange,the whole model of wheel can be built using A NSYS Workbench.The wheel models with different sizes are constructed using wheel rim thickness.With the analysis on FEA calculation results,the distribution of stress and strain are founded.The wheel's fatigue life can be forecasted by improved Smith equation,according to life forecast,the wheel's life can still reach the national standard requirements by decreased the thickness of wheel rim Imm.The research shows that the method can reduce cost and wheel weight,save fuel and energy conservation.
