知识产权保护强度测量方法研究述评

The overview of studies on intensity measurement method of intellectual property protection

构建一个知识产权保护强度评价指标体系,准确测量知识产权保护强度,既是实证研究的基础,也是各类理论模型得以验证的前提条件。本文对近年来国内外主要的知识产权保护强度的测量方法进行了详细梳理,并通过比较分析了现有研究存在的不足,为进一步研究知识产权保护强度的测量方法以及构建我国知识产权保护强度评价指标体系提供方法借鉴。

Constructing an evaluation index system of the intensity of Intellectual Property Protection （IPP） and accurately measuring it are not only empirical research foundation,but also the prerequisite all kinds of theoretical models can be verified.This paper introduces the measuring methods of the intensity of IPP at home and abroad in recent years and carries out a comparative analysis of the shortcomings of existing studies.It provides the methods for reference about further study on measurement methods of the intensity of IPP and constructing an evaluation index system of the intensity of IPP of China.
