Basic Problems of Civil-Military Integration Emergency Traffic and Transportation Support

在分析应急交通运输保障概念来源的基础上,结合目前交通运输的应急、应战需求,界定了应急交通运输保障概念的内涵,辨析了与军交运输保障的关系,针对目前存在的问题,提出了加快军民融合应急交通运输保障建设的基本方法。

Based on the analysis of emergency traffic and transportation conception source, this paper puts forward require- ment for emergency traffic and transportation with the development of national emergency management and the on - going of civil - military strategic practice. Based on the defining the concept of emergency traffic and transportation, its connotation and relationship with military traffic and transportation are ascertained, aiming at existing problems in the field, some coun- termeasures are given to impel its construction.
