摘要
在制动检测力学分析的基础上,通过改变车辆载荷、附着率、轮胎气压和踩踏制动踏板速度的方法进行了多组实车制动试验;并通过试验数据的对比,分析了各相关因素对反力式滚筒制动检验台的影响。分析结果表明,在进行制动检测时,为得到准确有效的数据,应尽量保持车辆空载,确保滚筒、车轮间具有良好的附着情况,踩踏制动踏板注意速度要快,并建议标准中对轮胎气压加以规定。
Based on braking test mechanics analysis, this paper conducted muhiple brake test by changing vehicle load, adhesion, rate, tire pressure and the speed of depressing braking pedal. Through the comparison of test data, it analyzed the related influencing factors on the anti - force rolling brake testing platform. Based on above analysis, it proposed that in order to obtain accurate and valid data, the vehicles should be kept unloading, the adhesion between wheels and rollers should be kept well, the speed of depressing braking pedal should be fast when the vehicle is in the braking detection, it al- so suggested that tire pressure should be fixed in the standard.
