基于模糊支持向量机的自然灾害应急物资储备优先级研究 被引量:2

摘要 面对突如其来的灾难,物资的短缺是不可避免的,所需物资优先等级的合理判断和相应储备方式的研究显得尤为重要。运用支持向量机原理与模糊数学相结合的方法,根据物资的重要程度、时效性和供需差3个指标对应急物资储备的优先等级进行判断,并针对不同优先级的物资需求提出有效可行的储备建议。 Material shortage is inevitable in the face of sudden disasters. It is especially important to rationally judge priori- ty of needed materials and discuss relevant storage means. This paper determines priority of emergency materials from im- portance, timeliness, supply and demand of materials using combination of support vector machine and vague mathematics, and thus presents more feasible adviees according to material demand of different priorities.
