摘要
金属粉末注射成型技术是一门新型近终成型技术。它是利用模具可注射成型坯件并通过烧结快速制造高密度、高精度、高强度、三维复杂形状的结构零件。针对发展金属粉末成形技术成为新热点,介绍了金属粉末成形的优势、工艺特点及应用,分析了金属粉末成形的主要原材料,提出了金属粉末成形的混炼和烧结工艺。
Recently, metal powder molding technology becomes a new hotspot, so the advantages, process characteristics and application of metal powder molding technology are introduced and the main raw materials of metal powder molding are analyzed in the paper. The mixed metal powder molding and sintering process are put forward as well.
