By using Cournot model of oligopolistic market, the paper attempts to establish a competition model of banking market, to analyze the impact of market changes, and to find the best choice in competition of all sectors for the banking industry. On this basis, it tries to determine the development trend of China＇S banking market in the fu- ture, and also proposes recommendations regarding the banking market behavior such as correctly responding to the involvement of foreign banks, actively maintaining deposit and loan market operations, etc.
