摘要
为研究立筒仓结构的动力特性,以河南省新密市超化煤矿某煤仓为研究对象,运用环境激励测试技术,对其进行了动力测试。通过有限元模态分析,确定了煤仓测点布置方案和传感器的测试方向。经过在线测试获得了煤仓的有效动力响应数据。利用两种模态参数识别方法进行了煤仓的动力参数识别,通过对比分析动力参数识别结果和数值模拟结果得知:利用环境激励法测试使用中煤仓的动力响应,并用模态参数识别方法识别其动力参数是可行的。
To study the dynamic characteristics of the silo structures, a coal bunker of Chaohua Coal Mine Compa- ny in Xinmi city, Henan province was online tested by using the ambient excitation method. Combined with a finite element modal analysis of the coal bunker, gauge points and the direction were determined. After an online testing, the effective dynamic response data were obtained. Then two modal parameter identification methods were also re- spectively employed to identify the dynamic parameters of the coal bunker. The final comparative analysis results from the above methods show that it is feasible to test the coal bunker in service based on the ambient excitation and obtain the dynamic parameters by the modal parameter identification method.
