摘要
为减少大型储罐隔震基础的投资造价,并能够实现减少地震响应,设计了一种环梁滚动隔震支撑与砂垫层组合的隔震基础。采用有限元数值分析的方法重点研究滚球直径不同下,组合隔震基础在低周反复荷载作用下的力学性能。分析结果表明,组合隔震基础具有良好的滞回耗能效应。组合隔震基础的等效水平刚度和等效阻尼比与加载频率和竖向压应力有关,设计时应该综合考虑地震动效应、竖向荷载效应等因素。并结合所分析的结果给出了满足设计需求的等效刚度与阻尼比的设计表达式。
To reduce the investment cost and seismic response of large storage tank isolation foundation, isolation foundation with composing ring beam rolling isolation supporting and sand cushion layer was constructed. The me- chanical properties of composite foundation with different ball diameter were studied under low reversed cyclic load- ing by using finite element method. The results show that the composite foundation has main hysteretic energy dissi- pation effect. The equivalent stiffness and equivalent damping ratio of combination isolation foundation is related to loading frequency and vertical compressive stress. It should be consider seismic effect and vertical load effect factors when designing. The design expression of equivalent stiffness and damping ratio are given combining the result.
