西北欠发达地区农村中小学校长信息化领导力调查与思考——以甘肃省Y县为例

A Case Study on the Informatization Leadership of Rural School Principals in Northwesten Less Developed Area ——Taking Y County in Gansu Province as an Example

农村学校信息化建设是一项系统而复杂的工程,影响因素很多,其中学校管理者特别是校长的信息化领导力是关键。从校长信息意识与态度、信息化知识与技能、信息化管理水平、学校的信息化投入、信息化制度、信息化文化等六个维度入手,分析农村中小学校长信息化领导力现状,并根据其存在的问题,提出进一步提升农村校长信息化领导力的建议。

Informatization of schools is a systematic and complicated project influenced by many factors , among w hich the information technology leadership of administrators , especially of principals , is the key one . T his paper firstly analyzes the current situation of informatization leadership of rural school principals from six aspects ：principals’ information awareness and attitude , information knowledge and skills , the level of information management , the investment into informatization , information system and information culture . T hen some advice on how to further improve principals ’ informatization leadership will be provided to address the existing problems .
