摘要
为了降低综合试验台的振动,结合理论力学和机械原理,对曲柄摇杆机构的运动进行研究;并从理论角度运用数理方法建立了参数化的曲柄摇杆机构数学模型,通过对曲柄摇杆的运动分析和力分析,并结合本试验台的设计要求,从而得出了一种关于频率和行程的关系图,并对所用电机和减速机进行了确定;通过计算得出直线运动驱动装置的台面和机座的质量之比以及台面和机座的行程之比的关系,进而通过改变台面和机座的质量比来调节机座的行程(即振动幅值),通过对直线运动驱动装置的整体质量的减少,从而降低了试验台的振动。
In order to reduce the vibration of the synthesized test-bed, this paper makes a research on the movement of the crank-rocker mechanism based on theoretical mechanics and mechanical principles ; It establishes a parameterized mathematical model of the crank- rocker mechanism by mathematical method from the theoretical point of view, from which a relation graph about frequency and stroke is obtained through movement analysis and force analysis of the crank-rocker according to design requirements of this test-bed, and the used motor and reducer are determined ; The relation between the ratio of the quality of the mesa and engine base of linear motion actua- ting device and the ratio of the stroke of the mesa and engine base is achieved by calculation, so as to adjust the stroke of engine base (vibration amplitude)by changing the ratio of the quality of the mesa and engine base and decrease the vibration of the test-bed by re- ducing total quality of linear motion actuating device.
