关于农林院校文科研究生创新能力培养的思考

Thoughts on the Cultivation of Innovative Ability for Liberal Arts Postgraduates in Agricultural and Forestry Colleges

农林院校文科研究生的创新能力培养具有特殊性。目前,在实践锻炼、课程与教学、导师队伍及管理体制都存在着不足之处,深深的影响着文科研究生的创新能力培养。本文从对农林院校文科研究生创新能力的内涵、意义、不足的思考,探索加强实践锻炼、完善课程设置、优化导师资源及强化管理体制等方面采取措施,培养农林院校文科研究生的创新能力。

The innovative ability cultivation for liberal arts graduates in agricultural and forestry colleges is unique. Currently, there ex- ist disadvantages in practice and training, curriculum and teaching, tutor team and management system, which deeply affects the train- ing of innovative ability for liberal arts postgraduates. From the consideration on the contents and significance as well as the disadvanta- ges of innovation capacity of liberal arts postgraduates in agricultural and forestry colleges, this paper explores measures to strengthen practical training, improve curriculum setting, optimize tutor resources and enhance management system, so as to develop the innova- tion capacity of liberal arts postgraduates in agricultural and forestry colleges.
