基于ISO9001标准的高校教学管理体系的构建与运行

Construction and Implementation of College Teaching Management System Based on ISO9001 Standard

随着高等教育大众化阶段质量问题的凸显,ISO9001质量管理体系逐渐被越来越多的学校等教育机构所引入。本文以汕头大学为例,介绍了ISO9001质量管理体系在高校教学管理中的作用,以及如何正确看待其在高校管理中的作用,提出了充分发挥ISO管理标准实效的建议。

With the highlight of educational quality problems at the stage of mass higher education, ISO9001 quality management sys- tem has been introduced by more and more schools and other educational institutions. This paper, taking Shantou University as a case, describes the role of ISO9001 quality management system in teaching administration and correct views on the role in the administration of colleges and universities, then gives suggestions on how to make full play to the effectiveness of ISO standard.
