高等医学院校实验教学中心的建设研究

Construction and research of basic medical experimental teaching center in the medical college

实践教学是高等医学教育的重要组成部分,对于高素质医学人才的培养具有重要作用。医学院校的实践教学组成之一就是实验室教学。随着医学教育模式改革的不断深入,以往分散的、单一功能的实验室建设模式已经不能满足现有实验教学的需求,建设新型的、具有综合功能的、正规化的实验教学中心是保障现代医学教育模式运行的需要,也是高等医学院校教育改革与发展的需要。文章简要介绍了第三军医大学基础医学实验教学中心的建设经验,包括实验教学中心的构建模式及网站建设以及中心管理和运行的方式方法,并提出今后实验教学中心的建设发展目标。

The teaching practice ,which plays an important role in the cultivation of the medical talents with high quality ,is an essen-tial component of higher medical education .Laboratory teaching is one component of the teaching practice in the medical college .With the development of reforms concerning medical education mode ,it is difficult for a decentralized laboratory with single function to meet the requirement of teaching practice .Meanwhile ,the regularized experimental teaching center with comprehensive functions is essential to both the reforms of education mode of modern medicine and the development of medical college .This paper mainly introduces the construction of the basic medical experimental teaching center in the Third Military Medical University , including its constructional mode,website construction and approach to the management .The goals for future development of the center would also be put forward at the end of the paper .
