The Value of Order on The Law of Marriage

本文从三个方面探讨婚姻法的秩序价值：第一，从人性、法的价值及社会改革三个角度论证研究婚姻法秩序价值的必要性；第二，从政治、经济、社会生活三方面谈秩序价值之表现；第三，婚姻法秩序价值的实现问题。

This article probes into the value of order on law of marriage in three aspects: I ) the necessity of research on it through humanity, the value of law and social reform; 2 ) the appearance of the value of order through politics, economy and social life; 3 ) the reality of the value of order on law of marriage.
