丁苯酞软胶囊治疗急性脑梗死-40例疗效观察

Butylphthalide Soft Capsule Treatment of Acute Cerebral Infarction-40 Cases

目的观察丁苯酞软胶囊治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法将80例急性脑梗死患者随机分为2组,对照组常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用丁苯酞软胶囊治疗。分别于治疗后第7天、第21天观察两组的临床疗效,比较两组神经功能缺损评分(NIHSS评分)及日常生活活动指数评分(Barthel评分)。结果治疗组的总有效率在7d(87.5%)及21 d(97.5%)均明显高于对照组7 d(75%)及21 d(85%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗后21 d治疗组NIHSS评分(2.58±2.33)显著低于对照组(4.65±3.23)(P<0.05)。治疗后21 d治疗组Barthel评分(79.88±17.49)显著高于对照组(66.50±25.80)(P<0.01)。结论丁苯酞作为治疗急性脑梗死的药物,具有肯定的疗效,值得临床广泛应用。

Objective To observe the curative effect of butylphthalide in the treatment of acute cere- bral infarction. Method Patients were divided into treatment group （40 cases）and control group （40 cases） randomly. Patients in treatment group were treated with butylphthalide soft capsules on the basis of convention- al treatment, and the control group were only treated with conventional treatment. After treatment, the clinical efficacy,NIHSS score and barhel score were observed on 7 days and 21 days. Results The effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of control group（87.5% vs 75% ,97.5% vs 85% ;P 〈0.01 ）. Fur- thermore, the NIHSS score in the treatment group were obvious lower than that of in control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; the barthel score in the treatment group were obvious higher than that of in control group（ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclu- sion Butylphthalide can effectively improve neurological impairment in the treatment of acute cerebral in- farction.
