Situation of Songxi water-supply engineering is introduced in this paper. Based on runoff regulation calculation, water-supply amount is calculated considering the premise that basic flow for ecology in downstream should be ensured. Based on flood regulation calculation, characteristic values of reservoir are determined. At last, comprehensively considering the above factors, the elevation of dam crest is determined.
