针对当前水资源日益短缺的问题,从节约和合理利用水资源角度出发,通过考察和调研,做出全区安装智能IC卡水表的决策,以实现科学计量,从而达到节水目的。在安装运行过程中,摸索了一些经验,为规范水资源的管理奠定了一定的基础。
