Effects of Social Skills Training Combined with Psychoeducational Family Intervention for Schizophrenic Patients in the Community and Influencing Factors of Social Function

摘要 目的探讨家庭教育联合技能训练对社区精神分裂症患者康复的作用及其社会功能的影响因素。方法将182例稳定期社区精神分裂症患者随机分为干预组和对照组各91例,其中脱落2例。在抗精神病药物基础上,对干预组进行家庭教育联合技能训练的综合干预,对照组接受常规社区精神卫生服务,对两组患者观察1年。采用阳性和阴性症状量表(PANSS)、Morning Side康复状态量表(MRSS)和个人和社会表现量表(PSP)对患者进行评估。结果在末次观测时点,干预组PANSS、MRSS和PSP评分明显优于对照组,两组间的差异具有非常显著性(t=-3.61,-2.87,3.16P<0.01)。多元逐步回归分析表明,是否干预、婚姻状况、病程、PANSS评分和MRSS评分等因素对患者社会功能的恢复具有重要的预测作用。结论对社区精神分裂症患者运用家庭教育联合技能训练的综合干预技术能够有效地控制精神症状,改善其社会功能,促进患者康复。 Objective To study effects of skills training combined with psychoeducational family intervention for schizophrenic patients in the community and influencing factors of social function. Methods A total of 182 schizophrenia patients were included,patients were randomly divided into two groups, intervention group and control group. Each was 44 cases ,2 cases were off. Social skills training combined psychoeducational family intervention were given to intervention group for 3 months, then both groups were observed and evaluated for 12 months. Positive and negative symptom scale( PANSS), Morning Side Rehabilitation Status Scale( MRSS), Personal and Social Performance Scale(PSP) were used to assessment for both groups of patients. Results At the end-point of observation,the scores of PANSS, MRSS and PSP in the intervention group were significant differences to those in the control group (t = -3. 61,-2. 87,3.76;P 〈 0.01 ). Multiple stepwise regression analysis indicated that the variables such as whether to be intervened, marital status, course of disease ,the scores of PANSS and MRSS were effective predictors of the social function. Conclusion Comprehensive intervention techniques of social skills training combined with psychoeducational family intervention can control the symptoms, improve the social function and promote the rehabilitation of patients effectively.
