心理干预对精神科护士健康水平及总体幸福感的影响

Effect of Psychological Intervention on Health Level and General Well-being in Psychiatric Nurses

目的探讨心理干预对精神科护士的健康水平及幸福感的影响。方法将90名精神科护士按随机数字表法分为心理干预组(试验组45名)和非干预组(对照组45名),进行随机双盲对照试验,采用焦虑自评量表(SAS),抑郁自评量表(SDS),总体幸福感量表(GWB)评分为观察指标。结果与对照组相比,试验组干预后SAS,SDS评分显著偏低,GWB评分显著偏高(t=4.83,5.36,8.01;P<0.01)。与干预前相比,试验组干预后SAS,SDS评分显著降低,GWB评分升高(t=3.68,3.81,5.05;P<0.05);对照组干预后SAS评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),SDS评分显著升高(t=2.66,P<0.05),GWB评分显著降低(t=2.38,P<0.05)。结论心理干预能改善精神科护士的健康水平,缓解其负性情绪,并提升其幸福感。

Objective To explore the effects of psychological intervention on health level and general well-being in psychiatric nurse. Methods A total of 90 psychiatric nurses from Center for Mental Disease Control and Prevention of Third Hospital of PLA were enrolled as research group. The research group was divided into psychological intervention group（ experimental group ,45 cases） and nonintervention group（ control group,45 cases） by the method of the random number table. The research groups were performed clinical randomized double blind control test and were assessed with Self-Rating Anxiety Scale （ SAS ）, Self - Rating Depression Scale （ SDS ）, and General Well- Being Schedule （GWB）. Results Compared with the control group, the SAS, SDS scores were significantly lower, and GWB score .was significantly higher for experimental group after the intervention（ t = 4. 83,5.36,8. 01 ;P 〈 0.01 ）. Compared with before the intervention, the SAS, SDS scores were significantly lower, and GWB score was significantly higher for experimental group after the intervention （ t = 3.68,3.81,5.05 ; P 〈 0. 05 ） ; the SAS score was no statistically significant difference （ P 〉 0. 05 ）, SDS score was significantly higher（t =2. 66,3.81,5. 0;P 〈0.05） ,GWB score was significantly lowcr（t =2. 38,P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion Psychological intervention can improve the health level, relieve anxiety and depression, and improve general well-being in psychiatric nurses.
