摘要
目的探讨小团队人格及能力异质性对团队绩效的影响。方法分层随机抽取某空军院校112名本科学员组成56个2人小团队,完成"2人小团队定轨迹任务",应用DXC-6型多项群体心理测评仪采集团队成员的人格和基本认知能力数据,并进行团队异质性整合及Partial偏相关统计分析。结果经偏相关分析,内外向型因素异质性与团队绩效存在显著正相关(r=0.317,P<0.01);兴奋性因素异质性、敢为性因素异质性与团队绩效存在正相关(r=0.198,0.192;P<0.05);新环境成长能力个性因素异质性、数字光点相加能力异质性、基本认知能力综合异质性与团队绩效存在负相关(r=-0.191,-0.167,-0.143;P<0.05)。结论小团队16PF人格因素中内外向因子、兴奋性因子、敢为性因子异质性越高团队绩效越高,而团队基本认知能力因素异质性越低团队绩效越高。
Objective To explore the impact of the small team personality heterogeneity and ability heterogeneity on team effective- ness. Methods A total of 112 students in Air Force University were composed of 56 small teams to complete the " small team escape task given trajectory". The DXC -6 psychological evaluation instrument was used to collect the team member's data. Results Introversion and extraversion heterogeneity was significantly correlated with team effectiveness( r = 0. 317 ,P 〈 0.01 ) ;Social boldness heterogeneity and liveliness heterogeneity were correlated with team effectives (r = 0. 198,0. 192 ;P 〈 0.05 ) ;Adapt oneself to circumstances factor heterogeneity, calculation of numbers and spots heterogeneity and basic cognitive ability heterogeneity were negatively correlated with team effectives ( r = -0. 191 ,-0. 167,-0. 143 ;P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion Small team personality heterogeneity is correlated with team effectires,and basic cognitive ability heterogeneity is negatively correlated with team effectives.
