喷油嘴喷孔的激光打孔

摘要 本文论述了精密激光打孔的原理、方法及应用,喷油嘴采用精密激光打孔可以和高速钻孔相比,柴油发动机的性能试验表明,两种工艺效果十分相近、精密激光打孔在实际生产中可产生较大效益。 In this paper, two problems on precision laser drilling(PLD) have been discussed: one is the principle and the mcthod of PLD; the other is the application of PLD. The fuelinjection orifice holes by both PLD and high speed drilling is comparable. The performance tests of the diesel engine show that the results of the two machining processes arc very similar. We will certainly make great profits from PLD in practical production.
