68例住院精神病人伤医行为的原因分析

Analysis of Causes of 68 Cases of Psychiatric Inpatients' Violence on Medical Staff

为分析住院精神病人伤医行为的原因,提出有效的防范措施,以黄石市精神病医院2007-2013年68例被精神病人伤害的医护人员为研究对象,统计其受伤类型、治疗处理方式,分析其受伤原因。受伤类型及人数:软组织损伤26例、抓伤22例、咬伤15例、骨折4例、被利器刺伤1例;需住院治疗5例,需门诊治疗18例,需休息25例,带伤可以上班20例。医护人员受伤原因占首位的是病人受精神症状控制(41.18%),然后依次是接触病人技巧(23.53%)、不合理排班(20.59%)、病区安全管理(8.82%),最后是医务人员协助度(5.88%)。精神病患者伤害医务人员的事件会经常发生,因此在医院管理中应严格病区安全管理,科学合理排班,帮助医务人员掌握接触病人的技巧,提高医务人员之间的协作程度,这样才能有效地降低医护人员被精神病人伤害的发生率。

Objective：to explore the countermeasures for psychiatric medical staff injured by mental patients .Meth-ods：68 psychiatric medical staff injured by mental patients in Huangshi Psychiatric Hospital were selected as sub-jects .Their types of injury ,treatment approaches and the cause of injury were investigated .Results：The injury types were as follows：26 cases with soft tissue injury ,22 cases with scratch wounds ,15 cases with bite wounds ,4 cases with fractures,and 1 sharp injury.5 cases needed hospitalization,18 cases needed outpatient treatment,25 cases needed rest,and 20 cases can work with wounds.The leading cause of injury was that patients were controlled by psychiatric symptoms（41.18%）,next came improper skills contacting patients （23.53%）,improper shift arrange-ment（20.59%）,ward security management （8.82%） and last was medical staffs＆#39;deficient assistance （5.88%）. Conclusion：The incidents that medical staff＆#39;were injured by mental patients often occur in hospitals .Strict manage-ment of ward section,proper arrangement of shift,mastering skills of contacting patients and enhancing medical staff＆#39;s collaboration can efficiently decrease incidence of the injury of medical staff by mental patients .
