吉西他滨代谢酶单核苷酸多态性在胰腺癌治疗中的作用 被引量：2

摘要 吉西他滨（gemcitabine,2＇,2＇-difluorodeoxycytidine,gemzar（R））是一类胞嘧啶核苷衍生物,临床主要用于治疗胰腺癌患者.其药代动力学参数、治疗效果及毒性反应的个体间差异非常明显.吉西他滨代谢、转运途径酶的基因多态性很可能与此差异相关.本文概述了吉西他滨代谢途径单核苷酸多态性（single nucleotide polymorphism,SNP）在胰腺癌治疗中的作用,为胰腺癌患者的个体化治疗提供新的方向.
