基于横向剪切干涉原理,提出了一种测量激光发散角的简便方法,理论分析和实验测量结果表明,该方法具有测量简便、结果可靠和适用性强等特点。

A simple method of measuring the divergence angle of laser beam is presented, which is based on the principle of transverse shearing interference. The results of both theoretical analysis and experiment measurement show that the method has the advantages of simplicity, reliability and wide use fields.
