摘要
针对高速公路雨雾灾害具有突发性、小范围波动等特征,通过集成GSM、GPS和GIS等信息技术,设计建立了高速公路雨雾监测与车辆预警系统。同时,探讨解决了系统设计过程中的关键技术问题,如雨雾实时监测、无线数据传输网络设置、多维度数据库建库和信息直观显示、及时发布等。最后,通过建立一个实验系统验证了系统的可行性,结果表明:系统能够对雨雾灾害进行多点实时监测及数据远程传输,能及时发布预警信息,有效降低雨雾天气下的交通事故发生率。
According to the characteristics of rain and fog disasters,which include the proruption and small scope fluctuation,it designs the expressway rain and fog monitoring and vehicle warning system by integrating the GSM,GPS and GIS information technologies,analyzes the key technical problems in the process of system design,such as rain and fog real-time monitoring,wireless data transmission network settings,multidimensional information database construction and information visual display and timely release. Finally,it establishes an experiment system to verify the feasibility of the system,the results show that the system can solve the problem of rain and fog multipoint real-time monitoring and data remote transmission,and also release warning information timely to effectively reduce the incidence of traffic accident under the rain and fog.
