介绍了一种汽车机油冷却器的组成及工作原理,分析了加强垫圈的特点和作用,提出了在自动组片过程中加强垫圈自动抓取的方法。根据提出的方法阐述了采用真空泵驱动夹持器实现抓取的工作原理,设计了加强垫圈夹持器的相关结构并进行了相关的计算分析。
It introduces the composition and working principle of a type of oil cooler,analyzes the features and functions of the reinforced gasket. Then it presents the method that grabs automatically the reinforced gasket in the assembling process. Based on this method,it uses a vacuum pump to drive gripper. In addition,it also illustrates the related structure of the reinforced gasket gripper and the related calculation.
