摘要
针对在数模混合测试仪器ST8105A上实现AD688测试的需要,通过对仪器的软硬件资源与器件测试需求的软硬件资源进行分析比对,将两者的资源进行匹配并进行合理的优化分配使用,利用已有的测试仪器的软件API对测试仪器硬件的控制测试,实现了AD688测试需要的适配器设计及软件编程,并完成测试,达到对测试仪器软硬件资源熟悉掌握并可熟练运用的目的。
Parameters of the device AD688 were measured by using hybrid analog-digital test instruments ST8105A.The hardware and software resources of instrument and device were analyzed,and the two resources were matched and optimized and the hardware was controlled by software API.The adaptor and program were implemented and the device test was achieved.The hardware and software resources of instrument was known and managed well.
