摘要
风电的随机性增加了风-火系统的发电成本。风电的随机性是风电自身特点决定的,单纯依靠其自身无法解决。为了减少风电随机性对风火机组的影响,给风-火系统配置抽水蓄能电站是有效方法之一。采用机会约束的方法来考虑风机的随机性,提出计及风电随机性的风-火-蓄机组组合模型。并通过验证证明其正确性。
The generation cost of wind-thermal power is increased by the randomness of wind power.The randomness of wind power is determined by the characteristics of wind power itself.So it cannot be solved by its own.The effect could be alleviated by integrating pumped storage plant with wind-thermal system.The unit commitment of wind-thermal-pumped storage power considering the randomness is proposed.Chance constrained is used to consider the randomness of wind power.And this model is proved true by example.
