基于SAP的电力研究院定标投票表决系统

The voting system for determination of bidding result of electric power research institute based on SAP

针对云南电网电力研究院要实现企业精益化管理的要求,以及定标投票表决系统在招投标过程中的重要性,将原有的定标投票表决系统迁移到SAP平台上。该系统在保留了原系统的核心功能的同时,满足了企管部新的管理需求,主要包括投票发起、投票表决、查看投票进度、查看投票结果以及过期自动投票五个部分,主要运用了SAP中的工作流技术和后台作业技术。该系统的迁移减少了院内办公系统的数量,提高了院人员的办公效率,进一步提升了院精益化管理的水平。

Thesis requirement for the Yunnan Electric Power Test ＆ Research Institute wants to achieve the enterprise lean management,as well as the voting system for determination of bidding result is important in the bidding process.So,the original voting system is migrated to the SAP platform.The system retains the core functionality of the original system,at the same time to meet the new management needs of department of business management,consists of five parts vote initiated,voting,view vote schedule,view vote results and expire automatically vote.The main use of the workflow technology and background job technology in SAP.The migration of the system reduces the number of the office systems in institute,improves the staff＇s working efficiency,and further promotes the lean management level of institute.
