摘要
笔者为某电动汽车设计了一款集成TPMS功能的仪表盘,将TPMS接收器以子板的形式在仪表盘上实现,降低了独立安装的成本和不便,同时可方便安装和拆卸,以满足不同电动汽车配置的要求。根据TPMS、仪表盘的工作原理及其集成方式分析了系统结构、TPMS天线设计和仪表盘软件设计。采用SP37设计TPMS发射器,通过独特的天线设计解决了发射效率和使用寿命的问题,通过设计自适应控制算法解决了仪表盘指针平滑运转的问题。
The author designed a dashboard integrated TPMS function for an electric car,TPMS receiver is realized in the form of daughter-card on the dashboard,reducing the cost and inconvenience of separate installation,and can install and remove easily at the same time,so as to meet the configuration requirements of different electric vehicles.Analyzed the system structure,TPMS antenna design and dashboard software design based on operation principle of TPMS,dashboard and their intergration.Designed TPMS transmitter using SP37,solve the problem of emission efficiency and service life through specific antenna design,solve smooth operation of dashboard pointer through adaptive control algorithm.
