摘要
用场效应晶体管设计出有胆味的音频功率放大器。前级采用单管、甲类,后级采用甲乙类推挽放大技术。实验证明差分放大器使用的对管的一致性与整机的失真程度密切相关。从听音效果来看,末级电流200 mA是理想值。前后级间耦合电容对听音影响较大,要求质量高些。
An audio amplifier which has the tune of vacuum tubes is designed with FET.The single transistor,A style is adopted for the pre-amplifier.But AB style is adopted for the push-pull power amplifier.The experiments have shown that high uniformity for those complementary transistors used in differential amplifier have closed correlations with the distortion of whole circuit.200mA for the power FET' s drain current is ideal volume from the voice of effect.The capacitors between the pre-amplifier and power amplifier is required best in quality.
