摘要城市是能源消费的主体,在面临能源安全、气候变化等压力的背景下,新能源城市在国内外受到越来越多的重视,国内外很多城市都提出了建设新能源城市或可再生能源城市的目标。建设新能源城市,需要有针对性的规划理论与方法。目前,国内城市在新能源城市规划方面存在很多问题,不利于建设真正意义上的新能源城市。本文重点研究了新能源城市规划的现状及方法,并基于"6A"理念,提出了新能源城市的规划方法。 The city is the main place of energy consumption .Because of energy security , climate change and other pressures , the new energy city mode is receiving more and more attention at home and abroad .Many cities have proposed the construction target of new energy city or renewable energy city .To build the new ener-gy city, related support of planning theories and methods are needed .Currently , there are so many problems in the construction process of new energy city that it is not conducive to the new energy city construction .This paper focuses on the status and methods of new energy city planning , and proposes new energy city planning method based on “6A” concept.
