摘要
通过对气体发生器的优化和挤出成型塑料导向件的应用对气帘进行轻量化设计,针对塑料导向件的应用,对由车身、顶衬、立柱饰板等组成的气帘爆破子系统进行了一定的改进设计。借助CAE方法,对气帘的轻量化设计和系统的改进设计进行了验证,在气帘开发的前期阶段,验证了轻量化设计的可行性。
Curtain airbag lightweight is designed by the optimization of inflator and extruded plastic guide. By the application of plastic guide, the sub system composed by body structure, headli ner and pillar trim is improved. The light weight design of curtain airbag and improved design of the system is validated by CAE. The feasibility of lightweight design is validated in the early design stage.
