摘要
论述了汽车开关的操作感知,从形态操作方式和分布位置上对开关进行了分类,并分析了其功能和特点。通过论述操作力和行程关系图,介绍了多种典型开关的操作力与行程关系。最后分析了弹簧、导电橡胶、微动开关3种结构的操作感知优缺点,得出了提高操作感知的优选方案。

With describing the ForceTravel figure, many kinds of switches relation between force and travel are described. At last, 3 kinds of structure s advantages and disadvantages of the spring, silicon keypad, microswitch are described, and get the best proposal for improving operating feeling is put forward.
