摘要
论述了汽车开关的操作感知,从形态操作方式和分布位置上对开关进行了分类,并分析了其功能和特点。通过论述操作力和行程关系图,介绍了多种典型开关的操作力与行程关系。最后分析了弹簧、导电橡胶、微动开关3种结构的操作感知优缺点,得出了提高操作感知的优选方案。
The operating feeling of vehicle switches me swHcnes muic method and located position is classified, and the function and features are analyzed. With describing the ForceTravel figure, many kinds of switches relation between force and travel are described. At last, 3 kinds of structure s advantages and disadvantages of the spring, silicon keypad, microswitch are described, and get the best proposal for improving operating feeling is put forward.
