摘要
基于河流生态系统理论方法及小水电代燃料项目特征,对小水电代燃料工程的生态效益进行了分类,提出了小水电代燃料工程生态效益测算模型,并对模型参数的合理取值进行了探讨。应用小水电代燃料工程生态效益测算技术方法,对贵州、湖南两省9个典型项目区开展了案例研究,并对两种碳减排效益计算模型中的参数取值进行了订正。研究成果可为有关部门评估小水电代燃料工程的生态效益提供量化测算依据。
Based on the theoretical method of river eco-system theory and the characteristics of the project of small hydropower substituting for fuel, the eco-benefits from the project of small hydropower substituting for fuel are classified, and then the cal- culation models of the eco-benefits are put forward and the reasonable values of the model parameters are discussed as well. Furthermore, the technical method for calculating eco-benefit from the project of small hydropower substituting for fuel is ap- plied to study 9 typical cases in Guizhou and Hunan provinces and the parameter ranges for two kinds of calculation models for calculating the benefits from carbon emission reduction are revised as well. The study results can provide a quantized calcula- tion basis for the assessment on the eco-benefits from the project of small hydropower substituting for fuel made by the authorities concerned.
