吊点布置对露顶式弧门支臂应力影响有限元分析 被引量:2

摘要 针对吊点布置对露顶式弧门支臂应力场分布及变形特性的影响,以某水电站的露顶式弧门为例,应用有限元分析软件ANSYS建立了仿真模型,计算了不同吊点布置情况下支臂应力场分布及变形特性,分析比较了不同吊点布置下的应力及变形差异。结果表明,对于露顶式弧形闸门,当吊点采用不同布置方式时,支臂的应力及变形存在较为明显的区别。该方法对优化露顶式弧门的吊点布置具有重要的参考价值。 For the impact from arrangement of lifting points of the stress field distribution and deformation characteristics of the supporting arm of the emersed radial gate, the finite element analysis software--ANSYS is applied to establish a simulation mod- el, and then the stress field distribution and deformation characteristics of the supporting arm with various arrangements of the lifting points are calculated by taking the emersed radial gate of a hydropower station as a study case, thus the stress and deform- ation differences therein are analyzed and compared. The results show that when different arrangements of the lifting points are a- dopted for the emersed radial gate, obvious differences are there for the stress and deformation of the supporting arm. This method has an important value to optimized the lifting points arrangement concerned.
