摘要
分析和总结了风电机组钢筋混凝土基础设计的主要原理及方法,根据预埋基础筒环的受力机理,提出了目前基础混凝土承载能力验算中存在的问题及其后果,结合实际工程破坏事故实例进行了分析研究。最后对预埋筒环钢筋混凝土风机基础的设计提出了建议。
The main principles and methods for the design of reinforced concrete foundation for wind turbine generator set are analyzed and summarized herein, while the problem existed in the calculation of the bearing capacity of the foundation concrete at present and its consequence are put forward in accordance with the stress mechanism of the pre-embedded tubular foundation ring and then a case of failure is analyzed and studied in combination with an actual project. Finally, some suggestions to the design of reinforced concrete foundation with pre-embedded tubular foundation ring for wind turbine generator set are proposed as well.
