Analysis of factors influencing compliance of antiretroviral therapy in patients with liver cirrhosis

目的:探讨影响乙肝肝硬化患者抗病毒治疗依从性的相关因素。方法:运用鱼骨图分析法分析影响乙肝肝硬化患者治疗依从性的各项因素。结果:乙肝肝硬化患者抗病毒治疗依从性与护理人员专业能力、出院指导质量、随访管理及社区护理服务缺乏有关。结论:实施医护合作型责任制护理模式,完善出院准备度相关内容,着力解决患者未被满足的服务需求,合理配置人力,完善乙肝肝硬化患者专人负责机制;拓展社区服务内容,让乙肝肝硬化患者获得良好的家庭和社区支持。

Objective To explore the factors related to treatment compliance in patients with liver cirrhosis of hepatitis B virus. Method Using the fish bone diagram analysis method to analyze the influence of hepatitis B liver cirrhosis patient adherence fac- tors. Results Antiviral treatment compliance of patients with liver cirrhosis was related to lacking of nursing personnel professional ability, guidance quality,follow - up management and community nursing service. Conclusion Nurse - surgeon mode responsibility medical cooper- ative,improve discharge readiness related content, to solve the patients with unmet service needs, a reasonable allocation of human, improve the person responsible for the mechanism of patients with liver cirrhosis;expand community services, let patients with liver cirrhosis receive good family and community support.
