强化防脱管护理对颅脑外伤患者中心静脉置管滑脱率的效果分析

Effect analysis of strengthen preventive pipe nursing on slippage rate of central vena catheterization( CVC) of patients with raniocerebral trauma

目的:对研究强化防脱管护理对颅脑外伤患者中心静脉置管滑脱率的效果进行分析探究。方法:选取脑外科接受治疗的90例颅脑外伤患者,将其平均分为对照组和试验组。对照组患者采用常规护理措施,试验组患者在常规护理措施的基础上采用强化防脱管护理。对护理后两组患者的舒适程度以及导管滑脱率进行观察。结果:试验组的导管滑脱率为28.89%明显低于对照组的62.22%,试验组患者的舒适度为93.33%明显高于对照组的66.67%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:强化防脱管护理颅脑外伤患者中心静脉置管滑脱率较小,能够使其导管滑脱率降低,安全可靠,明显提高患者的舒适度,可以在临床上广泛应用。

Objective To analyze and explore the effects of strengthen preventive pipe nursing on slippage rate of central vena catheterization （CVC）of patients with ranioeerebral trauma. Method 90 patients with cranioeerebral trauma in brain surgeLy of our hospital were divided into control group and experimen,al group equally, the control group was given conventional nursing, the experimental group was giw en strengthen preventive pipe nursing based on conventional nursing. Slippage rate and comfortable degree of two groups after nuJsing were observed. Results Slippage rate of experimetnal group （28. 89% ） was significantly lower than control group （ 62.22% ）, the comfortable degree of experimental group （93.33%）was signifieantly higher than control group （66. 67% ）, differenees were statistically significant（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Slippage rate of strengthen preventive pipe nursing on central vena catheterization （CVC） of patieitts with raniocerebral trauma is low, safe and reliable, and strengthen preventive pipe nursing can improve the comfortable degree of patients ,which is ~,orthy of being further promoted in clinical.
