超长层段水平井射孔补偿式传爆及防卡技术 被引量:3

On Compensation Explosion Propagation and Anti-stuck Technology for Perforation in Horizontal Wells with Extra Long Perforating Interval

摘要 射孔枪传爆失败和射孔后管柱遇卡是长井段水平井射孔时易发生的现象.结合普光气田大湾区块地质特点,提出补偿式传爆技术和水平井射孔枪低磨擦阻力防卡技术.通过对普光气田大湾区块4口超长层段水平井的射孔施工结果分析,证实应用补偿式传爆技术及双向延时起爆技术可避免射孔枪传爆中断现象的发生;采用合理的射孔参数,102射孔枪装配低碎屑射孔弹、120°上相位、不同储层6~16孔/m变孔密射孔能满足酸压改造要求;使用低碎屑射孔弹等技术措施可有效防止射孔后管柱遇卡. During perforating operations in horizontal wells with long perforating intervals, explosion propagation failure of perforators and stuck of perforator string are likely happened. Combined with the geological characteristics of Dawan Block of Puguang Gasfield, we propose compensated explosion propagation technology and anti-stuck technology of low friction perforators and detail their technology principles. By analyzing the perforating operation results of 4 horizontal wells with extra long perforating intervals in Dawan Block, it has been proved that compensated explosion propagation technology and dual end time delayed detonation technology can avoid the explosion propagation interrupt. Using reasonable perforating parameters, such as, 102 perforator gun assembling low debris perforating charges, 120 ° upper phase angle, 6-16 hole/m varied hole density in different layers, it can meet the requirement of acid fracturing. Low debris perforating charges can effectively prevent perforator string stuck after perforating.
